I love cooking with my friend Elizabeth and we taught a garden cooking class together. There are so many ways to use such healthy food. One way to season food and give it its tastiness, we often use herbs.

Herbs are usually really great to grow during the summer. In my garden we grow: basil, thyme, dill, spearmint, sage, parsley and oregano. One way I like to use my herbs is in dips and sauces. This dill dip is great for dipping quesadillas, and even dipping some veggies. So tasty, quick and easy to make for parties and get togethers.

Enjoy.
