Private Cooking Classes with Jennifer Colburn

Jennifer Colburn is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Vegan/Vegetarian Cook.

I will support you in optimizing your health and learning how to make simple, quick and healthy recipes in the comfort of your own apartment or home

The Lesson Will Include...
  1. Private cooking lesson with Jennifer Colburn
  2. 2 to 2.5 hours of instruction
  3. 3 to 4 dishes (depending on the menu)
  4. List of custom recipes
  5. Must-have recommendations for a healthy kitchen
  6. Safe knife techniques
  7. Easy cooking techniques
Sample Menu:
  1. Mandarin Kale Salad
  2. Fried “Rice” Quinoa
  3. Gluten-Free Kung Pao Tofu
  4. Dairy-Free Banana Mango Nice Cream
How It Works...
  1. Schedule a cooking consult below
  2. During the consultation I will set a date with you and we will discuss ideas of what you want to make
  3. Based on your ideas, I will create a custom menu and schedule a second consultation
  4. Once you approve of the final menu, I will send you a shopping list of healthy ingredients and must-haves to buy
  5. And then watch yourself transform into a healthy chef!

Rate: The rate for private at-home sessions with me is $200 for a 2-2.5hr session (1-2 people)

Location

Classes can be held in any kitchen in the Northwest Arkansas area. (If location exceeds 1 hour travel time, supplemental fees may apply.
